We provide the Services with extensive experiences, reasonable care and recommended skills. We will complete the Services with a reasonable outcomes. A 14 day guarantee will be given in respect of faulty craftsmanship in the Services from the date of completion. The guarantee will be invalidated if the work undertaken by us has been:

• misused or served with negligent treatment by you or a third party.

• altered, tampered, treated, repaired and modified with by any party other than us.

We are unable to provide the 14 day guarantee in relation to the following circumstances:

• the Services have not been directly undertaken by us

• the fault incurred because you chose not to have Services recommended by us in writing or verbally undertaken

• the Services have been performed on installations or appliances in poor condition and/or over 5 years old
